Who is responsible

What I collect

I only collect what you give me and what your browser shares when you visit.

• Messages: if you write to me by email, I keep the conversation to reply to you.
• Contact through LinkedIn is handled by LinkedIn under its own policy.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device type, approximate location and referrer, through analytics tools described below.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use it. They set cookies, so I ask for your consent in a banner before loading them. Declining keeps the site fully usable.

The light or dark mode you choose is stored in your browser so it is remembered on your next visit. It never leaves your device.

Embedded content

When a page includes a video or a social post, that provider may set its own cookies once you press play or open it. Videos load in privacy mode where the provider offers it.

Your rights

Under Colombian law (Ley 1581 of 2012) and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to hola@miguelba.com and I will reply within 15 working days.
